A leading UAE-based BFSI enterprise was operating multiple approval workflows across disconnected enterprise applications, including SAP and SharePoint Power Apps. Managers had to navigate between separate systems for approvals related to leave requests, work-from-home approvals, travel reimbursements, travel requests, device requests, and other employee services. The fragmented experience resulted in approval delays, reduced visibility, inconsistent decision-making, and low managerial productivity. To address this challenge, we designed and developed a Centralized Enterprise Approval Hub — a unified approval ecosystem that consolidated all pending approvals, contextual data, and decision-making insights into a single intelligent dashboard.
