6+ months of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment with strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Experienced in hiring for various IT roles and technical positions through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals. Strong understanding of technical skills, job requirements, and recruitment processes. Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously and handling the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure. Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused with a strong ability to identify suitable IT talent.

Qualifications
