Fresher (Open Role)

We are not hiring for a predefined position. We are looking for a fresher who is ready to take ownership, solve problems, travel, meet people, learn rapidly, and help build something meaningful. If your first question is, "Can you share the JD?", this role is probably not for you. You will be working on anything and everything required to create impact. One day, you may be participating in a Design Thinking workshop with a client leadership team. Another day you may be conducting research, helping shape a business proposal, working with designers, meeting stakeholders, travelling to a client site, or supporting strategic initiatives for work, hiring team, and operations.

Qualifications

• —B.E./B.Tech (Any Branch) or MBA
• —Graduates from top-tier colleges and universities preferred
• —Freshers (or Internship Experience or Short work experience would also do)
• —Ability to think independently and articulate ideas clearly
